Holiday Inn Express London Chingford By Ihg, Waltham Forest

Upon arrival, I noticed a slight damp smell in the rooms, but overall, the cleanliness was good. Unfortunately, there were some issues with maintenance, like missing parts in the shower and A/C unit, which affected my sleep. Despite this, the simplicity of the hotel was appealing and the location near Sainsbury and a petrol station was convenient.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were comfortable, well-decorated, and impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation. However, the traffic delays caused some inconvenience.

The hotel was okay overall but had some shortcomings. The room was lovely, but we had some issues with breakfast as there weren't many hot food options and the coffee machine was broken. Additionally, the room setup was incorrect for our family, leading to delays in getting extra towels and beds made up. The room was a bit warm for the kids, necessitating the use of air conditioning, which I usually avoid in hotels.

The hotel offers value for money in London with massive rooms, but noise from the heating can be bothersome. Staff are excellent and very helpful, especially Antoinette. The location is convenient, close to public transportation and a great hypermarket. The dining experience is hearty but could be more organized.
